Require a PROCUREMENT PLANNER in Harare , Zimbabwe

• Develop and implement procurement plans aligned with operational needs.
  
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality goods and services at competitive prices.
  
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand, to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  
• Plan and coordinate logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
  
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and statutory requirements.
  
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier performance.
  
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement and logistics with project timelines.
  
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain  Management, Procurement Logistics or related field.
  
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in procurement and logistics planning.
  
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems or procurement software.
  
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills.
  
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  
• Must be a member of Zimbabwe Institute of Procurement & Supply (ZIPS), and or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
  
• Preference for immediately available candidates.
