Sales Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Assistant to support daily sales activities, engage with prospective customers, and provide assistance throughout the product selection and purchasing process. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist sales team members with daily customer engagement and sales activities.

• Help interested customers understand the purchasing process and relevant next steps.
• Support customer acquisition efforts through consistent face-to-face engagement.
• Assist with preparing product information and promotional materials for customer interactions.
• Maintain familiarity with current products, services, and sales promotions.
• Communicate customer interests and purchasing questions to appropriate team members.
• Assist with organizing customer information and sales-related documentation when required.
• Help coordinate follow-up communication regarding customer inquiries.
• Support daily sales objectives through professional and attentive customer assistance.
• Maintain organized and accessible product information and sales resources.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent product messaging and customer support.
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and team development activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to identify customer needs and communicate relevant product information.
