🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technology projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure AI initiatives are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

📋 Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead AI/LLM projects from initiation through implementation and closure.

• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and project plans.

• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.

🤖 AI / LLM Projects

• Manage projects involving Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation.

• Coordinate with technical teams throughout the AI development and delivery lifecycle.

• Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.

🤝 Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, Developers, Architects, QA teams, vendors, and senior management.

• Conduct project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and presentations.

• Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies.

⚠️ Risk & Issue Management

• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, assumptions, and changes.

• Develop mitigation and contingency plans.

• Track issues through resolution and escalate critical matters when required.

🔄 Agile Delivery

• Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog tracking, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.

• Monitor delivery against project timelines and objectives.

🧪 Testing & Deployment

• Coordinate functional testing, model validation, UAT, integration testing, deployment, and production rollout.

• Work with technical and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

• Support post-production activities and continuous improvement.

📊 Reporting & Governance

• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, risk registers, and management updates.

• Maintain project documentation and governance materials.

• Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.

🔐 AI Governance

• Support responsible AI practices, data privacy, security, compliance, and AI risk management.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on AI governance and model-related requirements.

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

• 💼 Proven experience as a Project Manager managing technology, digital transformation, or AI-related projects.

• 🤖 Experience managing projects involving AI, Generative AI, or LLM-based solutions.

• 🧠 Good understanding of LLM concepts, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, and AI application development lifecycle.

• 📊 Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, issue management, and stakeholder management skills.

• 🔄 Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• 🧪 Good understanding of SDLC, testing, deployment, and production support.

• 🗣️ Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• 🤝 Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams.

⭐ Good to Have

• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM platforms.

• Exposure to RAG, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI agents.

• Experience managing AI/ML product development or digital transformation initiatives.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or equivalent tools.

• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.

• Understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data privacy, and security.
