About the Job

Tandem Trans Solutions is looking for an experienced Front End Truck Driver to operate commercial waste collection vehicles, follow assigned routes, and ensure safe and efficient waste collection services.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end truck along designated routes to collect and transport solid/commercial waste.
  
• Safely operate collection equipment and position waste containers as required.
  
• Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and submit vehicle condition reports.
  
• Maintain professional communication with customers and members of the public.
  
• Report equipment issues, route concerns, or other problems to the supervisor.
  
• Clean up spilled or loose waste around collection areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
  
• Maintain accurate logbooks, route records, and required documentation.
  
• Follow all traffic laws and workplace safety procedures.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Valid AZ or DZ driver's license.
  
• Minimum 6 months of front-end truck driving experience.
  
• Experience driving in city and urban environments.
  
• Ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and collection equipment.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  
• Commitment to safe driving practices and company standards.
