HR Admin & Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Professional to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment for the Oil & Gas/ Marine/ Offshore sectors and be familiar with sourcing and hiring technical professionals for engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary discussions, offers issue, and candidate follow-ups.
  
• Manage day-to-day HR operations and administration, including employee records, HR documentation, policies, letters, reports, and employee queries.
  
• Manage attendance, working hours, leave applications, and regularization, and coordinate with employees and managers to resolve related issues.
  
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including joining documentation, HR system updates, exit formalities, and separation processes.
  
• Support monthly payroll activities by ensuring accurate attendance, leave, and employee data, and coordinate payroll-related requirements.
  
• Maintain and update HRMS/payroll systems and generate HR, attendance, and employee-related reports as required. Experience with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, and Zoho Payroll will be an advantage.
  
• Support employee engagement initiatives, HR policy implementation, and general HR coordination while maintaining confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• 0 - 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technical recruitment.
  
• Experience in recruitment for Oil & Gas/ Marine/ Offshore/ related engineering sectors is preferred
  
• Experience hiring engineering professionals such as Structural, Piping, Naval Architecture, Marine, Offshore, and Design Engineers is preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
  
• Good understanding of technical job descriptions and engineering skill requirements.
  
• Experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, and Employee Lifecycle Management
  
• Knowledge of attendance, leave, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.
  
• Basic knowledge of payroll and HRMS; experience with Zoho People, Recruit, or Payroll is an advantage.
  
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
  
• Experience with ATS/Recruitment software is an added advantage.
