This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to work effectively with corporate, production, creative, HR, IT, finance, and external partners in a fast-paced media environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Keep the Toronto office organized, welcoming, functional, and well maintained on a daily basis, including the kitchen and common spaces.
- Order and manage office supplies, equipment, furniture, and other workplace needs.
- Manage couriers, deliveries, guest reception, catering, conference room bookings, and the day-to-day use of meeting spaces.
- Manage and maintain office storage spaces, ensuring they remain organized, accessible, and functional.
- Support the implementation of simple, efficient office processes and administrative best practices.
- Help ensure the office operates in compliance with applicable health, safety, and workplace requirements.
- Organize employee’s travel, including transportation, accommodations and itineraries.
- Prepare and process expense reports and invoices.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and landlords as required.
- Plan and organize internal events, screenings, and other company gatherings.
- Act as a liaison with HR and IT teams for onboarding, equipment coordination, access needs, and general employee support.

- Relevant experience in office management, administration, operations coordination, or a similar role.
- Hands-on attitude and willingness to support practical office needs, including moving boxes, setting up spaces, and helping with day-to-day workplace tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work with discretion and good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working with vendors, invoices, expense reports, travel bookings, office supplies, and operational follow-up.
- Experience in media, television, production, creative industries, or a related environment is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general comfort with shared digital systems.
