About the Role

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you'll represent C&D General Contractors in the field and become a trusted resource for homeowners. You'll identify opportunities, learn about each customer's needs, present appropriate solutions, and guide them through the decision-making process.

You'll have the independence to manage your territory and daily activities while working toward clear sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Connect with homeowners through face-to-face, in-person outreach.

• Build rapport and establish trust with potential customers.

• Ask questions and listen carefully to understand customer needs.

• Learn and confidently present C&D General Contractors' construction services.

• Explain the value and benefits of recommended solutions.

• Address customer questions and concerns professionally.

• Guide customers through the sales process from initial conversation to closing.

• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.

• Follow up with prospects and customers to build lasting relationships.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

• Manage your schedule, territory, and daily sales activities independently.

Compensation & Earning Potential

$75,000–$300,000 Annual Earning Potential

This position offers a base salary plus commission, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as your sales performance grows.

Top performers can earn $75,000–$300,000 annually, based on individual performance.

The harder you work and the more effectively you build customer relationships and close business, the greater your earning opportunity.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
