NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED FORD AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIANS

Horne Freedom Ford is looking for experienced Main Line Automotive Technicians and Automotive Mechanics to join our growing service team.

We are seeking A-Level and B-Level Technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive technician experience.

Whether your background is in a Ford dealership or an independent repair shop, we want to hear from technicians who are confident diagnosing problems, performing quality repairs, and getting vehicles back on the road.

$30–$40 FLAT RATE/HOUR — DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Main Line Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain customer vehicles while maintaining Ford and dealership quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose customer vehicle concerns
  • Perform inspections and identify required repairs
  • Complete electrical, engine, transmission, and mechanical repairs
  • Perform advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting procedures
  • Identify necessary parts and communicate repair needs
  • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures
  • Follow Fix It Right the First Time processes
  • Perform quality-control inspections
  • Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs when required
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
  • Perform additional duties based on experience and certifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Minimum 5 years of professional automotive technician experience required.

Qualified candidates should have:

  • A-Level or B-Level technician experience
  • Main line automotive repair experience
  • Dealership and/or independent repair experience
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
  • Electrical diagnostic and repair experience
  • Engine repair experience
  • Transmission repair experience
  • Strong mechanical repair skills
  • Ability to diagnose complex vehicle concerns
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced service environment

FORD EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY VALUED

Experience with Ford vehicles and Ford diagnostic systems is strongly preferred.

ASE Certification is a plus.

Ford certification is a plus.
