What You'll Do:

🖥️ Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

📞 Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system

🔄 Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within defined SLAs

📝 Document issues and solutions for future reference

🤝 Escalate complex problems to relevant teams when necessary

📅 Work on 12-hour rotational shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or service desk roles

✅ Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Ability to work effectively under pressure in a shift-based schedule

✅ Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools is a plus
