- Lead comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to support investment decisions and transaction structuring.
- Conduct in-depth due diligence processes, including operational, commercial, and financial assessments of potential targets or acquisition candidates.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and external advisors to formulate and refine transaction strategies and negotiation tactics.
- Prepare detailed investment memorandums, pitch books, and executive presentations for internal stakeholders and potential investors.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new M&A opportunities and assess their strategic fit.
- Facilitate seamless deal execution by coordinating legal, regulatory, and operational requirements from initiation to closing.
- Manage relationships with banks, legal counsel, and other third-party service providers throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Requirements
- Possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience within the Mergers and Acquisitions sector, preferably within the Administration or financial services domain.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and deal structuring techniques.
- Hold a relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, with professional certifications (such as CFA or CPA) being highly advantageous.
- Exhibit strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable business insights.
- Show proven experience in preparing high-quality financial models and presenting findings to senior management.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial and corporate information.
