Full Cycle Sales Representative

Bill Matlock Insurance Agency, Inc. is seeking a driven and results-oriented Full Cycle Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal, all within a virtual environment.

Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will own the customer journey, building relationships and driving sales through phone and video interactions. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to expertly navigate the sales cycle independently. You'll be the primary point of contact for prospects, guiding them through their insurance needs and securing new business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and engage prospects through video conferencing to identify needs and present insurance solutions.
• Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients, establishing trust and rapport without physical proximity.
• Manage a sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring no opportunities fall through the cracks.
• Articulate complex insurance products and policy details clearly and concisely via phone, video, and written communication.
• Effectively handle objections and negotiate terms to secure new business agreements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with individuals you haven't met in person.
• Proficiency in communicating complex information clearly and persuasively across phone, video, and written formats.
• Skill in managing a sales pipeline from initial outreach through to deal closure.
• A proactive and self-directed approach to managing your workload and achieving targets.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary ranging from $40,000 to $65,000 annually, plus commission opportunities based on performance. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being.

Work Arrangement
