Rollout Manager (Telecom Sector)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering activities for telecommunications network rollout, expansion, modernization, and maintenance projects.

• Develop engineering plans, project schedules, resource plans, and implementation strategies.

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within the approved budget and quality standards.

• Coordinate with customers, project management teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Oversee engineering design, site surveys, technical assessments, and implementation activities as required.

• Ensure proper execution of site installation, equipment integration, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities.

• Manage engineering teams, allocate resources, monitor performance, and provide technical guidance.

• Identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, customer requirements, company standards, and applicable safety regulations.

• Monitor project costs, control expenses, and optimize manpower and other resources.

• Review engineering reports, project progress, quality reports, and technical documentation.

• Maintain effective communication with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Support technical proposals, project budgeting, resource planning, and business development activities when required.

• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management.

• Identify opportunities to improve engineering processes, productivity, and project delivery performance.

Job Specification

• Bachelor degree or above in telecom engineering, or related majors
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in telecom network rollout, implementation, infrastructure deployment, or engineering operations.
• Experience managing engineering teams, subcontractors, and multiple project activities.
• Experience working with telecom operators, equipment vendors, or telecommunications infrastructure projects will be preferred.
