• A boutique law firm focusing on complex litigation and commercial real estate, with offices in Raleigh, Greensboro, and Charlotte, North Carolina. The firm represents clients statewide, as well as regionally and nationally.
• The firm was founded to offer a strong emphasis on client service. Its attorneys provide high-quality legal services effectively and efficiently.
• The firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Charlotte, Greensboro, or Raleigh office. Candidates should be willing to work on a wide array of litigation matters, including complex business and tort litigation.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2–4 years of litigation experience, strong academic credentials, excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of litigation experience
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proactive mindset with a proven ability to work independently
• High level of professionalism and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Active North Carolina bar license
• Interest in and comfort working on litigation matters across the United States
