What You'll Do:

🔹 Design, develop, and implement IBM BPM and Case Manager solutions

🔹 Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and map business processes

🔹 Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently

🔹 Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

🔹 Ensure best practices in process modeling and automation

🔹 Prepare documentation including solution design, test plans, and user guides

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 9 years of relevant experience in IBM BPM / Case Manager implementation

✅ Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow automation

✅ Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

✅ Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
