Content Moderator

This is a remote position.

We are looking for independent Content Moderators who want real earning potential and full flexibility.

Your responsibilities

• Handle written conversations for our creators on various platforms
• Build strong customer relationships through authentic communication
• Identify and close upselling opportunities
• Maintain a professional and engaging communication style
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM
• Collaborate with the team to improve performance

Requirements

Must-haves

• Fluent English
• Stable internet connection
• High empathy and strong interpersonal skills
• Self-disciplined and reliable
• Comfortable working with 18+ content
• Able to work independently remotely

Preferred

• Experience in customer support, live chat, sales or copywriting
• Additional languages (especially German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch)
• CRM experience
• Leadership experience (we support people who want to build teams)
