About ARK Products

ARK Products is a leading designer, manufacturer, and seller of innovative sensory tools and special needs products worldwide. Founded in 2000, the company provides a complete line of oral motor tools, sensory chews, feeding and drinking aids, speech therapy tools, and other specialty products to customers in all 50 states and more than 60 countries. ARK designs and manufactures its differentiated, branded products in-house at its South Carolina headquarters using high-quality food- and medical-grade raw materials.

What You’ll Do

The primary responsibility of this role is ensuring that customer orders ship accurately and on schedule. Core duties include:

  • Learning to identify ARK’s full product line (training provided)
  • Reviewing each order and picking the requested items from stock
  • Packaging items into envelopes or boxes and preparing shipments for carrier pickup
  • Receiving and signing for deliveries and distributing incoming mail and packages to the appropriate colleague
  • Monitoring inventory levels and reporting when stock, bins, or supplies run low

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the assembly team with product assembly
  • Supporting the manufacturing team with parts production
  • Lifting and moving boxes and materials
  • Running occasional errands, including trips to the post office
  • Special projects as assigned

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

·         Prior experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment is preferred, though not required. Manufacturing experience is not required — we will train you on our products and processes.

·         Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Comfort and efficiency with computers. You can navigate order management and shipping software, email, and basic office applications with confidence.

  • Flexibility and adaptability. As a small business, team members support one another across functions; this role may shift between shipping/receiving, assembly, and manufacturing as needed.
  • A strong work ethic. You take initiative and ownership, seeing tasks through to completion without prompting.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a consistent sense of urgency.
  • The physical ability to lift and move boxes and remain on your feet throughout a day shift.

Schedule & Work Environment

This is an on-site day shift position in a climate-controlled warehouse and shipping environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment (such as computers, phones, photocopiers) as well as manufacturing/warehouse equipment (such as ladders, stools, bins, molding machines).

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch break.

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits
