SAP SuccessFactors Developer

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  
• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  
• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

• Act as the primary point of contact for HR business users and IT vendors, ensuring effective service delivery and timely issue resolution.
  
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
  
• Coordinate system enhancements, changes, and continuous improvement initiatives across HR applications.
  
• Support the ongoing improvement of HR processes and People Platform services.
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to resolve application issues and deliver system improvements.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and HR/Payroll systems.
  
• Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
  
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Lean methodologies.
  
• Experience in application support within large enterprise environments.
  
• Additional experience supporting SuccessFactors, SAP HR, and HR/Payroll applications.
  
• Strong business-facing communication and vendor coordination experience.
  
• Knowledge of ITIL, Agile, and Lean practices.
  
• Experience with enterprise-scale HR application support and service delivery.
