Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience in transaction tax advisory to join our growing team as a Senior Associate or Manager.

In this role, you will work on high value mergers, acquisitions, investments, restructurings, and other strategic transactions. You will collaborate directly with clients, investors, legal advisors, and internal teams to deliver practical tax and regulatory solutions while building deep expertise in transaction advisory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advise clients on tax and regulatory aspects of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and restructuring transactions.
   
2. Participate in transaction structuring discussions and provide commercially driven tax solutions.
   
3. Review and analyse transaction documents such as term sheets, share purchase agreements, and shareholder agreements.
   
4. Conduct research on direct tax issues and prepare practical recommendations for clients.
   
5. Prepare and review technical memoranda, presentations, and client deliverables.
   
6. Coordinate with legal counsel, investment bankers, valuers, and other stakeholders during transactions.
   
7. Manage multiple client engagements and ensure timely delivery of high quality work.
   
8. Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
   
9. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsiveness.
   

Requirements

Qualification & Experience

1. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
   
2. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Transaction Tax, Deal Advisory, M&A Tax, or related areas.
   
3. Strong knowledge of Indian income tax laws and regulatory frameworks applicable to transactions.
   
4. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
   
5. Ability to work in a dynamic, client focused environment.
