Civil Executive – Key Responsibilities
- Handle civil maintenance of residential apartments.
- Inspect and resolve cracks, leakage, seepage, tiles, painting & masonry issues.
- Coordinate civil contractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Attend and close resident complaints related to civil works.
- Prepare BOQ, estimates and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with the Facility Manager and Engineering Team.
Requirements
? Qualification: B.E. – Civil
? Experience: Minimum 2+ Years – Residential Apartments Mandatory
? Salary: Based on Experience & Performance
