Location: Pilbara project site south of Karratha, Western Australia.

Our client is an engineering and construction business working across transport, defence and major infrastructure. It combines project delivery expertise with a focus on collaboration, technical improvement and sustainable outcomes.

The Opportunity

Coordinate administration for a solar construction team in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. Reporting to the project manager, you will focus on personnel mobilisation, travel and compliance records. The applicable roster is 14 days on and seven days off.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate workforce mobilisation and onboarding and maintain Avetta compliance records.
• Arrange travel, accommodation and roster logistics.
• Support project and site leadership with daily administration.
• Maintain training, competency, plant, visitor and induction registers.
• Assist timesheets, purchase orders, invoice receipting and cost tracking.
• Manage document control, meeting minutes, noticeboards and reports.

Requirements

Skills, Education and Requirements

• Site administration, project administration or mobilisation experience in construction, mining or infrastructure.
• FIFO/DIDO experience with high-volume travel bookings.
• Hands-on mobilisation-system experience, particularly Avetta.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and accurate record keeping.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise in a busy site environment.
• Strong communication with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• A current driver licence; a Business or Administration diploma is highly regarded.
