Creative Visual Designer

Job Summary

Responsible for creating engaging and visually consistent designs for digital campaigns, social

media, marketing materials, events, and corporate communications while maintaining the

company’s brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative designs for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, and digital

platforms, events, and corporate communications.

• Design brochures, leaflets, presentations, banners, event materials, and other marketing

collaterals.

• Create visual concepts and campaign creatives based on marketing requirements.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and other teams to understand design

requirements.

• Adapt designs into different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency.
• Support the creation of basic motion graphics, reels, and video creatives.
• Ensure all designs follow the company’s brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Manage and organize design files, templates, and creative assets.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, and vendors when required.
• Take feedback, make revisions, and deliver final creatives within agreed timelines.• Plan, shoot, and edit client testimonial videos, product videos, corporate videos, event

coverage, and social media content.

• Handle end-to-end video production, including concept development, scripting support,

shooting, camera setup, lighting, audio, editing, color grading, transitions, subtitles, and

final delivery.

• Stay updated with current design, video, social media, and AI-assisted creative trends and

tools.

• Travel to client locations, branches, events, and other locations when required for

photography, videography, and marketing activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in creative design, videography, and video editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or equivalent

professional tools.

• Experience in planning and producing professional testimonial/interview videos.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, typography, layout, and design

principles.

• Ability to independently manage a creative project from concept to final delivery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel for shoots, client visits, events, and other official

assignments.

Preferred Skills

• Strong storytelling and creative conceptualization skills.
• Experience in corporate, fintech, banking, IT, or B2B video production.
• Experience conducting and directing client interviews and testimonials.
• Knowledge of professional camera equipment, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other

production equipment.

• Skills in motion graphics, animation, color grading, sound design, and visual effects.
• Photography skills, particularly corporate, event, and product photography.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, or other relevant creative tools.
• Ability to use AI-based creative and video tools to improve production efficiency.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and internal teams. • Creative problem-solving ability and willingness to take ownership of projects.
• Flexible, proactive, and comfortable working on-site and traveling as required.
