Remote Career Path for Educators, Coaches & Leadership Professionals

DESCRIPTION

We are seeking experienced educators, coaches, leaders, and people-development professionals who are interested in applying their existing skills in a new remote professional direction.

This contract-based role is designed for individuals who bring significant career and life experience and are interested in using their strengths in communication, leadership, mentoring, and relationship building in a different professional environment.

You will engage in structured one-to-one conversations with individuals exploring personal and professional development, learn about their goals and interests, share information about established development programs, and provide professional follow-up.

This is not about starting over. It is an opportunity to build on the communication, leadership, coaching, and people-development skills you have developed throughout your career while learning new systems and approaches.

Structured onboarding, established systems, ongoing training, and mentorship are provided.

Role Structure: This is an independent, contract-based role rather than salaried or hourly employment. Compensation is performance-based and tied to individual activity and results. Earnings are not guaranteed and individual results will vary.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of professional experience preferred
  
• Background in education, coaching, leadership, mentoring, training, consulting, or people development
  
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
  
• Ability to build rapport and conduct professional one-to-one conversations
  
• Confidence working with people from a variety of professional backgrounds
  
• Ability to recognize and apply transferable professional skills
  
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities
  
• Self-directed and comfortable managing time and priorities independently
  
• Willingness to learn new systems and ways of working
  
• Comfortable using digital communication and online business tools
  
• Interest in personal development, leadership, and continued professional growth
  
• Comfortable working within a contract-based, performance-driven structure
