Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Wilmington team.

The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while embracing our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients to improve independence in daily living and functional activities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programs
Support a positive and encouraging clinical environment aligned with our Christ-centered mission

Requirements

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in North Carolina
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for patient care and functional rehabilitation
Previous outpatient or skilled experience preferred (but not required
