Key Responsibilities

Carry out treatment plans as established by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and patient responses
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment
