Trade Assistant - House Rennovation

We are seeking a reliable Trade Assistant to support residential house renovation and maintenance projects in Kalgoorlie, WA. The successful applicant will assist tradespeople with site preparation, painting, general repairs and renovation tasks while ensuring the worksite remains clean, organised and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and site preparation.
  

• Assist with painting, sanding, patching and surface preparation.
  

• Support tradespeople with residential renovation and maintenance work.
  

• Handle and move materials, tools and equipment as required.
  

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe worksite.
  

• Assist with general repairs, handyman duties and other tasks as required.
  

• Follow site instructions and workplace health and safety requirements.
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, renovation or maintenance is an advantage.
  

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
  

• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
  

• Basic understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
  

• Physically capable of performing general site duties.
  

• Must currently reside in Kalgoorlie, WA.
