Role: Technical Project Manager (PM)

Job Description:

Develop, maintain, and track integrated project plans, milestones, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate daily activities across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, plant operations, engineering, and third-party vendors.
Manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, decisions, and actions through a structured RAID process.
Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, governance reviews, and stakeholder updates in Mandarin Chinese and English.
Monitor delivery progress, identify schedule or scope deviations, and drive timely corrective actions and escalations.
Manage technical dependencies across Plant IT/OT, PCS, MOM/MES, network, server, cloud, security, and application workstreams.
