Role Overview

As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the face of Stellar Roofing and Restorations, managing the entire sales process from initial customer contact to securing signed agreements. This is a hands-on, in-person field sales role where your ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and close deals will directly translate into your success. You'll be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our high-quality roofing solutions, and guiding them through the decision-making process. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Engage directly with potential customers in their homes to introduce Stellar Roofing and Restorations' services.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand each customer's unique roofing requirements.
• Clearly and persuasively present our services, highlighting benefits and value propositions.
• Build strong rapport and trust with prospective clients through exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Navigate customer objections with confidence and professionalism.
• Manage the entire sales cycle independently, from initial outreach to closing the sale.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Consistently strive to meet and exceed personal sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
• Must have a personal vehicle.
• Must own a mobile device with cellular data.
• Must be comfortable with physically demanding work.
• Proven ability to build rapport and connect with people face-to-face.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with significant earning potential. Top performers can expect to earn between $70,000 and $150,000 annually, driven by your ability to close deals and deliver exceptional value to our clients.
