Lead Sales, Own the P&L — Sales Project Head Opening at a Premium Bangalore Real Estate Brand

We're hiring a Sales Project Head for a premium, fast-growing real estate developer in Bangalore (Bellandur) — 1 opening, CTC up to ₹15 LPA.

You'll lead end-to-end sales for assigned projects, build and mentor a high-performing sales team, shape sales strategy and pricing inputs alongside leadership, manage relationships across channel partners, brokers, and direct clients, track pipelines and conversion rates against weekly targets, coordinate with CRM/marketing/finance for a smooth customer journey, and deliver regular MIS reports and forecasts.

Ideal candidates bring 8–12 years in real estate sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role, a strong track record exceeding targets in residential real estate, deep knowledge of Bangalore's market (especially South/East corridors), and experience managing CP ecosystems. This is a leadership role with real P&L ownership at a premium, growing brand.
