Requirements

• 3-7+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable conversational AI/agent solutions.
  
• Proven experience delivering production-grade enterprise solutions.
  
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx.
  
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and API integrations.
  
• Understanding of Azure AI Services, Generative AI and modern automation architectures.
  
• Experience with enterprise governance, security, compliance and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
  
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
  
• Design, develop, integrate and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents for internal business processes.
  
• Create topics, conversation flows, triggers, actions and agent logic, integrating relevant knowledge sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse and Microsoft Graph.
  
• Implement Generative AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions where appropriate.
  
• Develop Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps using Power Apps.
  
• Build, maintain and optimize Power Automate workflows to digitize and automate business processes.
  
• Design Dataverse data models, including tables, relationships, business rules and security roles.
  
• Use Power Fx to implement business logic, validation and user interactions.
  
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Azure services and other enterprise systems through REST APIs, custom connectors and standard connectors.
  
• Leverage Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management and Azure AI Services where required.
  
• Implement ALM practices using Power Platform solutions, environments, pipelines, Git and Azure DevOps.
  
• Document solution architecture, interfaces, data flows and operational processes.
  
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, reusable, maintainable and compliant with enterprise standards.
  
• Monitor performance, usage, errors and costs, and support incident, change, release and production operations.
  
• Provide technical guidance on solution architecture, scalability, platform capabilities and make-or-buy decisions.
  
• Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent development.
  
• Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse and Power Fx.
  
• Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Graph and API integrations.
  
• Azure AI Services, Generative AI and RAG concepts.
  
• Enterprise architecture, integration patterns and ALM.
  
• Power Platform governance, Entra ID, role-based access control, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), data protection and compliance.
  
• Identifies process patterns, automation opportunities and technical dependencies systematically.
  
• Clarifies business requirements and explains technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  
• Designs solutions around user needs, business value and adoption.
  
• Considers permissions, data protection, governance and compliance from the outset.
  
• Keeps up with Microsoft AI and Power Platform developments and evaluates their business value.
  
• Takes responsibility across requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment and production support.
  
• Deliver intelligent, secure and scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform, ensuring a maintainable, well-documented and reusable solution landscape.
