APAC AI & Data Transformation Director

CONFIDENTIAL Scovai, a pioneering force in the Talent Acquisition & Recruiting sector, is seeking an exceptional APAC AI & Data Transformation Director to lead one of the most strategically significant mandates in the region. Scovai is redefining how organisations build and manage their workforce through a transparent, auditable AI-powered talent platform—and this role sits at the heart of that mission. Based in Singapore on a hybrid working model, you will own and drive the end-to-end AI and data transformation strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, building and scaling world-class data and AI capabilities that deliver measurable, lasting business impact.

As a senior leader, you will partner directly with C-suite executives and business unit heads across multiple APAC markets to accelerate enterprise-wide adoption of AI and data-driven solutions. You will architect and govern robust data frameworks, oversee the deployment of ML and Generative AI platforms on cloud infrastructure, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams through complex, large-scale transformation programmes. Your remit spans data governance, cloud data architecture, and the operationalisation of AI at scale—ensuring every initiative aligns with both regional regulatory requirements and global strategic objectives.

Deep domain expertise in talent acquisition and HR tech (ATS, HRIS, recruitment analytics, candidate marketplaces) to align AI solutions with TA workflows

Proven experience navigating APAC data privacy and regulatory regimes (e.g., PDPA, China CSL, India DPDP) and designing compliant cross‑border data architectures

Track record of driving large-scale change management and enterprise AI adoption across culturally diverse, matrixed organizations (stakeholder alignment, enablement programs, adoption metrics)

Experience commercializing AI/ML products and building clear business cases, ROI models and go‑to‑market strategies for executive stakeholders

Strong vendor and partner ecosystem management, including selection/contracting of cloud and MLOps vendors and governance of open‑source/IP risk
