Production Cook

We are seeking an experienced Production Cook to prepare high-volume food products in a fast-paced food production environment while maintaining quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and production schedules.
  
• Handle large-batch cooking, portioning, weighing, and ingredient preparation.
  
• Operate commercial kitchen and food production equipment safely.
  
• Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and product quality.
  
• Follow recipes, portion specifications, and production instructions accurately.
  
• Complete temperature and production logs as required.
  
• Follow FIFO, allergen control, GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures.
  
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
  
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients.
  
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Previous cooking experience in a commercial kitchen, catering, food manufacturing, or high-volume production environment.
  
• Experience with large-batch food preparation preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
  
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  
• Reliable and punctual.
