We are seeking an experienced Production Cook to prepare high-volume food products in a fast-paced food production environment while maintaining quality, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook food according to recipes and production schedules.
Handle large-batch cooking, portioning, weighing, and ingredient preparation.
Operate commercial kitchen and food production equipment safely.
Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and product quality.
Follow recipes, portion specifications, and production instructions accurately.
Complete temperature and production logs as required.
Follow FIFO, allergen control, GMP, HACCP, and food safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing ingredients.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Previous cooking experience in a commercial kitchen, catering, food manufacturing, or high-volume production environment.
Experience with large-batch food preparation preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Reliable and punctual.
