Leadership Program Sales Consultant

Lifestyle and Leadership Professionals is seeking a Leadership Program Sales Consultant to promote established programs and guide prospective clients through a structured information and sales process.

This remote role combines online marketing, client conversations and consistent follow up. It suits someone who communicates clearly, builds rapport and can organise their own working day.

Your activities will include:

• Promoting personal development and leadership programs through online marketing.
• Responding to enquiries and conducting initial conversations with prospective clients.
• Sharing program information to help people assess suitability.
• Following up with interested clients and supporting them through the sales process.
• Maintaining accurate records and managing your daily activities.
• Participating in ongoing training and applying established processes.

This is an independent, performance based arrangement. Earnings come from product sales.

The role focuses on promoting programs and developing client relationships.

Requirements

• A minimum of eight years of professional work experience.
• Currently residing in the United States.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, education or client engagement.
• Confidence using email, online meeting platforms and basic computer systems.
• Ability to work independently, manage your schedule and follow through consistently.
• Willingness to learn online marketing methods.
• An interest in personal development and leadership education.
• Comfortable with performance based earnings from product sales.
• Availability for around 15 to 20 flexible hours per week.

This role is not suitable for students or those just entering the workforce.
