Automotive Finance Manager - Spitzies Harley Davidson

Hiring Immediately, Automotive F&I Manager.  Temporary position for 60 days

We are seeking an Automotive F&I Manager for our client a Spitzie's Harley Davidson in Albany, NY.  This is a temporary position to fill in while our current manager is out on leave.  You will be joining a dealership with an energetic sales team, a motivated executive team with resources to help you succeed, and a fantastic community reputation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous automotive F&I experience is REQUIRED for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of selling products to clients, working knowledge of the finance process, and show through their work history an ability to generate sales with high customer satisfaction.  We need a candidate ready to hit the ground running for this shorter term role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Present vehicle protection products to clients.
  
• Assist clients with completing transactions either in cash or with the securing of finance or lease terms.
  
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
  
• Participate in staff training to enhance the efficiency of the sales and finance departments.
  
• Develop and implement sales strategies to crush targets.
  
• Foster a customer-centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
  
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.
