Water/Wastewater Project Manager

A growing and innovative engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager for their Indianapolis team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop proposal sections, technical approaches and scopes of work
  
• Participate in client management for assigned key clients
  
• Drive/travel to client meetings, field work, and site inspections
  
• Identify additional business opportunities with key clients
  
• Assist with business development activities
  
• Coordinate duties with internal and external teams
  
• Execute the design to the appropriate level of detail
  
• Build/maintain client relationships
  

 

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited college or university
  
• 9+ years of experience serving municipal clients involving planning, consulting, design, and construction services for a wide variety of services including water and wastewater planning and design
  
• PE License
  
• Proficient in stormwater design preferred
  
• Experience with project management, client interaction, and staff development
  
• Client management experience preferred
  
• Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgets for projected work
  

Salary is commensurate with experience.
