Site Supervisor - Building Services and Commissioning

About the Employer

Our client is an established engineering, construction and operations business delivering transport, building, water and other infrastructure works across Australia. Its multidisciplinary teams support the development and operation of assets used by local communities.

The Opportunity

Coordinate building-services installation and subsequent commissioning on a major healthcare construction project.

Your Work

• Lead service crews and subcontractors and manage sequencing and technical interfaces.
• Plan short-term activities and maintain safe, efficient daily site operations.
• Review designs and drawings and resolve site challenges with project stakeholders.
• Prepare progress, handover and project reports and monitor costs within authority.
• Guide the workforce through testing, commissioning and milestone delivery.

Requirements

Skills, Education and Requirements

• Experience supervising building-services works on healthcare or comparable construction projects valued at $300 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site operations and relevant compliance requirements.
• Ability to interpret design documents, drawings and specifications.
• Experience leading site crews, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Relevant construction qualification and White Card.
• Strong coordination, risk management, planning and problem-solving.
