Salary Range: $112,000-$127,000, DOE
This position is eligible for quarterly bonus's based on performance

Director of Quality and Risk Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent opportunity working face to face daily
  
• Monday-Friday schedule
  
• The Director of Quality and Risk will lead hospital-wide quality, patient safety, risk management, and regulatory compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to federal, state, accreditation, and organizational standards.
  
• Oversee accreditation readiness, policy development, performance improvement programs, and data analysis through quality and patient experience platforms to drive operational excellence.
  
• The Director of Quality and Risk will partner with department leaders to enhance patient care, resolve concerns, manage risk-related activities, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and employee recognition.
  

Director of Quality and Risk Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in Risk Management, Quality Management, Patient Safety, or Performance Improvement within a healthcare setting
  
• Must have experience with State, Joint Commission, and/or CARF surveys
  
• Hands-on facility-level leadership experience working directly with staff, patients, and department leaders is required
  
• LEAN/Six Sigma training or certification (Yellow, Green, or Black Belt) preferred
