As a Payroll & Billing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Branch with payroll processing, billing administration, and contract management. You will ensure payroll and billing activities are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time, while providing reliable and value-added support to both candidates and clients. Your attention to detail and commitment to service will help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a positive experience for our stakeholders.

📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office

💼 Role: Payroll and Billing Executive

What You'll Do:

- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.- Handle CPF (Central Provident Fund), IRASRAS (Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore), and other statutory submissions.- Prepare monthly payroll and ad-hoc reports.- Prepare and issue billing to clients.- Maintain payroll records and documents for audit purposes.- Check and reconcile hours paid to employees against hours billed to clients.- Handle IR21 (Tax Clearance) submissions.- Prepare annual IR8A (Employment Income) forms. - Process and submit NS (National Service) claims.- Process and submit insurance claims.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in payroll or billing roles

✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel

✅ Prior HR internship experience will be an added advantage

✅ Excellent communication skills
