About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with potential customers in your assigned area through door-to-door outreach and face-to-face conversations. You’ll approach homeowners, start conversations, learn about their needs, explain Hail Guard’s services, and guide interested customers through the next steps.

This position is well suited for someone who is self-motivated, personable, dependable, and comfortable working independently in the field.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned residential areas
• Speak with homeowners in person and introduce Hail Guard’s automotive repair services
• Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
• Ask questions and listen to understand customers’ automotive repair needs
• Explain available services and solutions clearly
• Answer customer questions and address concerns professionally
• Guide interested customers through the sales process
• Follow up with prospects and customers when appropriate
• Manage your daily schedule and assigned territory
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Represent Hail Guard Automotive Repairs professionally in the community

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation
• Mobile device with active cellular data
• Comfortable working in a door-to-door, field-based environment
• Comfortable walking and standing for extended periods while working in assigned residential areas

Compensation

This position offers base pay plus commission, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings based on individual sales performance.

Typical earnings may range from approximately $1,000–$2,000 per week. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, sales activity, and other factors.

Work Arrangement
