Role Overview

As an Entry Level Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging directly with them in their homes. Your mission is to identify interest in our exceptional building and construction services, qualify leads, and expertly schedule appointments for our dedicated closing team. This role is all about building connections and setting the stage for success, not closing deals yourself.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day

• Engage directly with homeowners in their communities, initiating conversations about our services.
• Professionally present American Impact and Energy's offerings and identify potential customer needs.
• Skillfully qualify leads by asking targeted questions and assessing interest levels.
• Schedule confirmed appointments for our sales closers, ensuring a smooth handover.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our system.
• Work independently and proactively to meet daily activity goals.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time, onsite role with a compensation structure designed for motivated performers. You'll earn a base salary plus commission, with potential earnings ranging from $15,000 to $40,000 per month. This is a fantastic opportunity to control your income based on your performance and drive.
