Key Responsibilities
- Analyse requirements and design test cases to validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Execute test cases across functional, system, integration, and regression testing phases
- Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and testers to clarify requirements and expected outcomes
- Prepare and maintain test artefacts including test cases, test data, and test evidence
- Support UAT activities and assist business users during testing
- Participate in test planning, estimation, and scheduling activities
- Ensure testing activities align with quality standards and delivery timelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in functional and system testing
- Experience analysing requirements and creating detailed test cases
- Familiarity with defect management and test management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira)
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and issue-tracking skills
