💼 Role: IBM BPM / Case Manager

What You'll Do:
🛠️ Design, develop, and implement IBM BPM and Case Manager solutions
🔍 Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end process automation
📝 Create documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows
🚀 Lead troubleshooting efforts and provide ongoing support for deployed solutions

What We're Looking For:

• 9+ years of software development experience, preferably in enterprise application development. Strong hands-on experience with IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)/IBM BPM. Mandatory experience with IBM BPM / Case Manager.
• Strong experience with IBM FileNet. Strong programming experience in Java.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and Dojo.
• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong experience with Oracle databases. Experience working in Open Systems environments.
