Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Salesforce Developer to join our IT Services team. In this pivotal role, you will architect, develop, and maintain robust solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. Your expertise will be essential in driving business transformation by leveraging advanced cloud capabilities and custom development. This position demands a deep understanding of the platform's architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that align with our strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components to meet specific business requirements.
  
• Develop and optimize Salesforce Flows, Triggers, and complex logic to automate business processes and enhance user efficiency.
  
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems utilizing REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
  
• Configure and customize core cloud modules including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud to support diverse operational needs.
  
• Implement and enforce rigorous Salesforce Security protocols to safeguard data integrity and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  
• Utilize Conga for document generation and management workflows, streamlining the creation of complex business documents.
  
• Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver iterative improvements, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality code standards.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform, providing ongoing support and optimization.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Possess 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in Apex programming, including the creation of triggers, classes, and controllers.
  
• Strong expertise in modern front-end development using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Framework.
  
• Proven track record of working with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Health Cloud configurations.
  
• Advanced knowledge of API integration techniques, specifically REST and SOAP protocols.
  
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and data protection mechanisms.
  
• Hands-on experience with Conga for document management and automation.
  
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flows for building declarative automation solutions.
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on iterative delivery.
  
• Ability to work within the specified salary range of ₹20-25 LPA.
