If you have strong hotel reservations experience, are highly organised, commercially minded and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your stage.  🎯 Your Mission As our Reservations Manager, you’ll lead the reservations function, ensuring a seamless booking journey for our guests. You’ll oversee the team and day-to-day operation, maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and excellent service while supporting the hotel’s commercial objectives. 📞 What You’ll Do Manage the day-to-day operations of the reservations team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all bookings Develop and implement strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue while maintaining excellent service standards Monitor booking channels, including direct, OTA and GDS, and support effective distribution Train, motivate and supervise the reservations team to maintain high performance and service standards Analyse reservations data, monitor booking patterns and provide relevant reports to management Work closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Front Office to align commercial strategies and the overall guest experience Handle VIP bookings, special requests and complex group reservations with care and precision Ensure reservations procedures, rates, packages and booking conditions are correctly applied and communicated 💡 What We’re Looking For Strong and proven experience in hotel reservations is essential Ideally3–5 years’ experience in hotel reservations, including experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity Strong knowledge of hotel reservation systems and distribution/channel management tools; experience with Opera Cloud or a similar PMS is highly desirable Good understanding of revenue management principles, rates, inventory and distribution Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-focused approach Highly organised, detail-orientated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an advantage Positive, dynamic and ready to bring the Hard Rock vibe to every interaction 🎶 Applicants must currently be based in Malta or be EU nationals with the right to work in Malta 🎁 What’s On the Table A key leadership role at Hard Rock Hotel Malta A dynamic, people-first culture where your ideas and energy matter Competitive salary + performance bonus Career growth and development opportunities 🔥 Make It Happen If you have a strong background in hotel reservations and are ready to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
