Pest Control Technician (Commercial & Residential)

Blue River Pest Control is a growing pest control company serving Los Angeles and the surrounding areas. We service both commercial and residential accounts, including multifamily, retail, office, and single family homes. Our clients stay with us because we are consistent, professional, and we get results.

We are actively building our team and looking to connect with strong candidates for upcoming technician positions.

What You'll Do

• Service established routes across commercial and residential accounts
• Perform detailed inspections and pest control treatments
• Communicate professionally with property managers, staff, tenants, and homeowners
• Identify and recommend additional services when appropriate
• Maintain clean, accurate service records
• Adapt your approach between commercial sites and residential homes, where clients expect a higher touch and more direct communication

• Manage and service a consistent monthly route of commercial and residential clients
• Maintain high quality work across all accounts

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a base plus commission compensation structure, with the potential to earn between $50,000 and $100,000 annually, based on your performance and success in closing deals. We believe in rewarding hard work and dedication.
