Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Selection
-
Ensuring all staff recruitment request forms are signed by relevant authorities and placed in employee staff files.
-
Preparing job descriptions, posting advertisements, and managing the hiring process as guided by the Group HR Manager.
-
Coordinating the interview process and participating in selected interviews as a panel member when required.
-
Opening new employee files and following up to ensure all required documentation is complete.
-
Preparing and issuing offer letters for new employees after review by the Group HR Manager.
2. Employee Engagement and Development
-
Developing training and development programs.
-
Assisting in performance management processes.
-
Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
-
Managing salaries and benefits administration.
-
Conducting effective, end-to-end onboarding programs for new hires, internal transfers, and promotions.
-
Sending regular HR update emails to keep the organization informed of HR activities.
-
Maintaining strict confidentiality of staff records and individual conversations, sharing information with Line Managers as appropriate.
-
Sharing knowledge and experience through formal and informal channels.
3. Data Management
-
Capturing bio-data information for new employees into the ERP system.
-
Managing employee data within the applicable HRIS.
-
Updating ERP data daily with all employee file-related changes.
4. HR Administration
-
Managing employee welfare.
-
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
-
Monitoring office stationery requests and utilization.
-
Updating and maintaining the leave tracker.
-
Providing counseling on company policies and procedures.
-
Taking minutes during meetings and disciplinary hearing sessions as guided by the Group HR Manager.
5. Additional Duties
-
Executing any other duties assigned by Management to expected standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
-
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
-
Postgraduate Qualification: A Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management is an added advantage.
-
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of working experience as a Human Resource Officer.
-
Industry Experience: Previous exposure/experience in Pharma relations is an added advantage.
-
Legal & Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of general HR functions and local labor laws.
