Client Relations Associate

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Client Relations Associate to support our customer communication and client engagement activities. This position focuses on maintaining positive customer relationships, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a professional experience throughout each interaction.

The Client Relations Associate will assist with customer inquiries, support ongoing promotional initiatives, and work closely with team members to maintain consistent communication between customers and the brands we represent. Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
• Serve as a point of contact for general customer questions and service inquiries.

• Assist customers in understanding product options and identifying relevant solutions.
• Support customer engagement initiatives and scheduled promotional activities.

• Address customer concerns and coordinate with appropriate team members when additional assistance is needed.
• Communicate updates regarding products, services, and promotional information.
• Gather customer feedback and share relevant observations with the team.
• Help ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across assigned activities.
• Coordinate with colleagues to support daily customer relations objectives.
• Maintain familiarity with company offerings and established service procedures.
• Participate in team meetings, product briefings, and scheduled training sessions.
• Complete additional client relations and customer service responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to listen carefully and respond appropriately to customer needs.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple customer inquiries and daily responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate product and service information clearly.

• Dependable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
• Previous experience in client relations, customer support, or account services is beneficial but not required.
