?? Role: Senior Software Engineer + Support (L2.5)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer who can combine strong backend engineering expertise with hands-on L2.5 production support capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy & maintain scalable backend services
Build cloud-native applications and microservices on AWS
Develop REST APIs and distributed application architectures
Work with event-driven systems using Kafka, SQS/SNS & RabbitMQ
Optimize SQL/NoSQL databases, queries, indexes & data access patterns
Troubleshoot production issues across APIs, microservices, databases, messaging & integrations
Monitor and diagnose issues using CloudWatch, logs, metrics & distributed tracing
Handle incidents, RCA, permanent fixes and production recovery within SLA/SLO
Support releases, hotfixes, rollbacks and post-deployment validation
Improve application performance, scalability, reliability & security
Create runbooks, troubleshooting guides and operational documentation
Participate in on-call/support rotations when required
Mentor engineers and contribute to code/design reviews
