Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Graduate Freshers for the role of Business Development Executive on the direct payroll of a semi-government bank in Odisha. This is a high-impact, customer-facing position that combines branch-based service with active field engagement. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial inclusion by promoting health insurance products to walk-in customers and conducting on-site visits to generate new business. Responsibilities:

• Handle and assist walk-in customers at the bank branch with professionalism and efficiency
  
• Communicate, pitch, and educate customers about health insurance products and their benefits
  
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local stakeholders
  
• Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities through field visits and outreach
  
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide on-the-spot training to customers
  
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals and customer needs
  
• Visit client locations for product information, follow-ups, and deal closure
  

Note: This is a Branch + Field Sales role requiring regular travel across assigned zones.

Requirements

• Graduate (Technical & Non-Technical streams)
  
• 3Years Diploma holders
  
• B.Voc candidates
  
• Only 2021 to 202 pass-outs are eligible
  
• Age: 18 to 27 years only
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
  
• Willingness to work in a branch + field environment with flexible scheduling
  
• Must be available for day shift and work as per Bank holidays
