Interior Designer

Prepare interior design concept and schematic designs using sketches and 3D software to present design intentions effectively to Clients. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM and relevant 3D software. Sensitive to Client’s design and project requirements and provide appropriate advice and design solutions. Job scope would include the following: a. Brief formulation and documentation b. Feasibility studies, planning layout and Conceptual Interior Design with options c. Prepare and present interior design considerations to client, consultants and contractors. d. Design development that would include schematic design, detailed drawings and tender specifications. e. Preparation of interior design documents for calling of tenders, quotations, including FFE selection, custom design of signature furniture pieces, specifications and cut sheets. f. Recommendation and Appointment of contractors g. Conduct and document ID meetings with contractors, consultants and clients. h. Review/ approve contractors’ interior design submissions or queries. i. Monitor and manage interior design works and progress on site. Page 2 of 2 ? j. k. Inspect interior design works on site for quality and compliance Assist with verification of as-built drawings, defect rectification and handover of interior design works to Client.

Requirements: 1. University degree in architecture or equivalent 2. Proficient in BIM (Revit), Autodesk software, Sketchup, Rhinoceros, Adobe softwares 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 4.Possess good interpersonal skills and a team player 5. A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven 6. Meticulous and able to organize work effectively 7. Workplace in Dubai.
